Tumblr (3.0; @cindeeev)http://cindeeev.tumblr.com/<p>It hits you like a thunderbolt. I only slept for an hour and a half. It is indeed very stressful to my health. I try to think that I will be OK and that I will be back to my normal sleeping schedule before I know it. Honestly that is a fear that I hold, what if I can&#8217;t regulate my sleep&#8230;PSYCHE!!! Exercise and a balanced diet will have me back to my new normal self again. I believe I am more positive lately and not to mention content that a few sleepless nights and irrational thoughts cannot and will not destroy what 10 months of hard work took. From now on I decided that I shall do my daily things, go to the gym after work and come home, shower or bathe and have some soothing lavender tea. The problem with me is that I don&#8217;t know how to unwind! i don&#8217;t know how to just chill out, stop googling shit, of which 90 percent isin&#8217;t true and just go the fuck to sleep. haha.
